Slighty funny, okay animation. Sound was a little bodgy. Try not to overwhelm the mike by talking too loudly into it.
Lip sync was a big problem and got worse as time went on.
Also, the lip shapes weren't right for the sounds the guy was making when he was talking. There are some good tutorials on lip synching on this site if you want to learn more.

Unfinished and crappy
The drawings were okay, the animation was pretty boring, the concept was very boring and unfinished.
Sound was really annoying. I can't say this enough to clocks, locks, glocks and whatever else ends in ock... get a mike and do some real voices!

A one joke toon...
...but that was alright.
Graphics weren't great, and you could see bits where the colour didn't fill in all of the outlines. Sounds were oddly truncated, which hurt the effect you wanted for your toon.

You might like to change the title to something less in your face, and say it includes mild adult themes.

Oh, but look at the locks, clocks, glocks, socks, rocks, ducks and sucks who think it's good! (What a surprise...) They even thought it was so good, they put everything as ten! Even interactivity, which doesn't make sense.
Yawn.
You guys should put EFFORT into your toons.
A little gem of a toon is much better than a load of rubbish ones.

If you knew it was crap, why did you submit this?
It was pretty short, no sound, no preloader. Text was off the screen a bit when the guy talked.
Animation was a bit jerky, but you could see what was happening. Drawings were okay. I hate the anime/manga style of drawing, but I tried not to let that factor in.

You kept it nice and simple. Good job.
The art could have been better and more complex. It was very short too. But I liked this.

Kinda annoying to watch
When you're doing voices, make sure you're not breathing into the mike.
Do a bit more animating too. For the most part, all you did was have a static image of some halo guys and putting little sound symbols above the head of the one who was speaking. You can make them move their body and head to show which one is talking. Look at Red vs Blue. Look at POWER RANGERS! Okay, Power Rangers took it a little overboard.
Story was a little boring.
Sound bits were truncated unexpectedly, like the aids song and the other one that was played. The effect it had was bad.
Keep improving, and put more effort into your toon. It's a cliche, but quality is better than quantity. I mean, a little bit of good is far better than a whole of crap.

Althought im disappointed you did'nt like it your review was highly constructive. I will wprk on all these things in my next flash.

I think you might like to try a faster frame rate to get smooth motion in your animation.
You might also like to have your voice actors to step back a bit from the mike. You can hear them breathing in it.
An okay script with some funny parts.

You've got a good style
A good style of drawing and animating, but you haven't done much with it!
It would have been very interesting for you to pursue the Afraid of the Dark one and draw out a story from it. Except, draw some real characters instead of that stick thing.
I liked the character design and zippy animation style of that Travis guy.
