This is alright

Okay animation, even if it is a bit South Park-esque. Same goes for the graphics. Story wasn't too interesting, but it was okay.

It didn't exactly reduce me to tears, but I object to some people saying "There's much worse things happening in the world."

Those people are idiots. It's like they're saying a person's hurt isn't real because someone else is going through worse pain. That's just not true.

Good luck on future submissions.

Alright

But saying starwars is better than star trek on the internet where all kinds of nerds can see... that's just asking for trouble.

Some fun and some okay animation.

Uhh...

Why did you submit this twice? We've seen it!

Cool animation

It's like one of those Frame by Frame Madness things, except it's actually interesting because it's clay.

Good work.

So incredibly girly! AHHH!

Once I got over that, this is pretty nice to look at. Good colours and movement. You've improved since that "No Phone" one. That one was good, but this is a bit more complex. I can see the influence of the Big Fat Tutorial in those faeries.

One problem I could see was with the fish tail. In the moveclip of the squiggle, it freezes for just a small moment when it gets to the end and starts over. That could be rectified by deleting the last frame of the movieclip so that it runs smoothly, otherwise the beginning frame and the end frame are the same, causing a slight pause in the movieclip. You've done that to the rotating movieclips already (cog wheels and such), so I think you know what I'm talking about.

Good luck with future submissions.

Wow

This series is definitely one of the best on the site.

I remember you saying in either your author's comments or a response to a review that you'd like to be as good as the flash masters here on NG. Now, you are a flash master.

Looking forward to PALADIN V!

Wow

That was awesome. Great graphics, good animation, great music and sound effects, good story direction and suspense. The menu is just like a DVD menu. Very, very well done.

The bonus feature was good too.

Some of that was funny...

It was looking pretty promising until she spat out some of the "exotic" chocolate.

At first, I was glad to see you weren't going for the lowest common denominator by having Germaine almost completely nude for the first time in your last five cartoons. I then completely lost the small feeling of respect you just earned when she dribbled (inadvertantly by the character, on purpose by you) the "gooey centre" all over her breasts.

What is with you? Damn. Respect women. Don't turn Germaine into more of a porn star every time you make a new toon.

Had some laughs (okay, maybe one), but this series turned sour a long time ago. The last good one you had was "Sacred Space".

Crap

The graphics are simple, but okay. The animation is simple, but smooth. My main gripe is that this is not entertaining in the slightest.

First of all, lose the robotic voices. They are really annoying and cannot achieve the full range of human emotion, thus they are terrible substitutes for real voice actors.

Secondly, the way you present your message is so boring. You point out the rules so slowly, with no funny comments.

Thirdly, most of the "points" you make are pretty stupid. The only one you hit on the head was that people should not be abusive to authors who submit works to NG. I agree with you there completely.

The rest of your argument is on shaky ground.

"You can't criticise authors if you can't use flash yourself".

You don't need to know flash to know when something isn't funny, interesting or thrilling. You don't need to know flash when something is crappily animated. You don't need to know flash to have an opinion on a flash.

"People who can't use flash can't be helpful in their reviews".

That must be why the site only allows people who've sent in submissions to review other author's work... Wait a tic! Everyone is allowed to review a submission. Why is that? I'll tell you.

People who don't know flash will still be able to help by pointing what is wrong, even if they don't know how to fix it.

On top of that, not all who criticise are inexperienced with flash. There are plenty of flash authors who would criticise your flash, and you should take advice from them when they give it.

By the way, if you're thinking of putting my screen name up in your author's comments for people to flag this review, know this: Flagging is not automatic. It alerts admins to a problem, and if they find one, they will deal with it. If you have people flag this, admins will find no problem with my review, and everyone of the idiots who flagged it will receive negative whistle points.

Have a nice day, don't get hung up with the idiots who have nothing better to do than abuse you, and good luck with future submissions.

TruffleClock responds:

What the fuck? Does it matter if it is entertaining?

How can they help if they do not tella way to fix it?

I was going to put your name on the list just because you said not to, but eat an _

Good little Spidey toon

I liked the animation and the medium-paced action. The only thing letting you down was the length.

Make this into a longer toon, or continue it as a series, and I think this could do well.
